I feel this website is awesome because it speaks to staying focused to obtain the full experience. I believe the alignment is slightly off between the words “focus” and “experience because the designer is explaining in both a connotative and denotative way that you cannot enjoy or have a full experience if you do not focus first. There is even a rectangle box around the word “focus” to instill this message. Though the elements of the site seemed scattered, the site is balanced with information with an emphasis on what’s important. This brings me to the graphic (the OK designer). It evokes the question, Do you want to be an “okay designer”? The visual hierarchy guides my eyes while viewing the graphic. The balance of light and dark areas creates dimension and volume. What attracts me to the site is that it questions my commitment. The site’s use of a scale with the words “new designer” at the bottom of the scale inspires me to concentrate on my designs by utilizing the tools I have learned.

This site is wonderful because it appeals to my desire to craft digital masterpieces. When my designs come out well, my mood is bolstered, which improves my self-confidence and reduces my stress. The site also appeals to me because of the denotative buttons ”see more” and “get in touch,” which inspire me to establish (see more) a professional network (get in touch). The site states to transform vision into tailored digital reality. The inspiration I gain from this statement is to be more creative in my problem-solving to overcome design challenges and to optimize my available resources. The graphic repetition of the colors black and white produces a plain and simple message that inspires to create visual masterpieces.

The site amazes me because of the amount of red in the graphic. It is equally balanced, giving a sense of energy. My eye is immediately drawn to the center of the site; it is a strong visual effect. It supports interest in the product, which represents and reinforces the brand. The graphics complement each other, creating contrast and depth. The graphic text “Results Driven” inspires me to create an action plan using intelligent solutions that will produce driven results. Creating and adhering to this guide will assist me in reaching higher levels of achievement in my personal and professional development.
